- The webcast is jointly conducted by the Hong Kong Observatory, the Hong Kong Space Museum, the Ho Koon Nature Education cum Astronomical Centre (sponsored by Sik Sik Yuen), the Po Leung Kuk Ngan Po Ling College and the HKSKH Solar Tower‧Camp.
- The webcast will be conducted from 2:42 a.m. to 5:52 a.m. on 17 July 2019 (Wednesday).
- The webcast is conducted by means of live streaming on YouTube channel.
- The quality of the images may be affected by the network speed.
- The images will also be affected by weather condition (such as cloud amount) at the shooting location.
- A telescope with H-α narrowband filter can be used to observe features in the sun's chromosphere.
