New Version of the Automatic Regional Weather Forecast Service

The new version of the “Automatic Regional Weather Forecast in Hong Kong & Pearl River Delta Region” has been launched

The Observatory launched a new version of the “Automatic Regional Weather Forecast in Hong Kong & Pearl River Delta Region” service in mid-January this year. The web portal utilises a responsive web design. Whether the user access the service via a desktop, mobile phone or tablet, the webpage will automatically adjust the display layout according to the device used. In addition, the rainfall and lightning nowcasts in the new web portal incorporate a three-dimensional display and animation.
