The Greater Bay Area STEM Excellence Award

The Observatory has been fully supporting the development of innovative technologies and applications in Hong Kong. It has therefore become a supporting organisation for the Greater Bay Area STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Excellence Award 2021, organised by the Hong Kong New Emerging Technology Education Association. The awards aim to enhance students’ creativity and innovation and recognise students, teachers and schools for their efforts in innovation. Subjects of the Greater Bay Area STEM Excellence Award 2021 (Hong Kong) include ICT (Information and Communication Technology), Robotics, Science Lab, AI (Artificial Intelligence) and Fight Against Virus streams.
