Tropical cyclone tracks for tropical cyclones within 7-36N 100-140E

To facilitate airlines for early preparation for potential disruption due to tropical cyclone, the tropical cyclone track on the AMIDS had been enhanced. In addition to forecast tracks which are provided 8 times a day whenever a tropical cyclone lies within 10-30° N and 105-125° E area (deep green region in the map below), forecast track will also be made available twice daily at around noon and midnight local time when a tropical cyclone enters 7-36° N and 100-140° E (light green region in the map below).
