Earlier availability of Significant Weather Charts

Starting from end of March 2014, the prognostic significant weather charts issued by World Area Forecast Centres (WAFS SIGWX charts) were made available on AMIDS at approximately one hour earlier than before. The expected time when the charts are available are as follows:

0000UTC	0900UTC on previous day
0600UTC	1500UTC on previous day
1200UTC	2100UTC on previous day
1800UTC	0300UTC on same day

The earlier availability of SIGWX charts should enable the airline operators and pilots to plan their flights, in particular the long haul flights, at an earlier time.
