Civil Service Customer Service Award Scheme 2003-04

The Hong Kong Observatory won the Bronze Award for Best Public Image. The award is the result of voting of more than 2000 randomly selected members of the public. It shows that the professional service and performance of Hong Kong Observatory colleagues are well appreciated by the public.

The Hong Kong Observatory Aviation Weather Service came out as the First Runner-up of the Team Award (Internal Support Service). The selection was made by a judging panel after considering a number of indicators of performance and management quality. It shows that we are providing a quality weather service to the aviation community.
