Not only is the summer hot in Hong Kong, but the weather can also be moist. This is often referred as "wet hot". Why do we feel hotter when it is "wet hot", and unbearable when doing outdoor activities? In the latest episode of Cool Met Stuff, Dr Lobo H. T.
