"Cool Met Stuff": Hail

Hail is a form of solid precipitation. It is rare in Hong Kong and typically occurs between spring and summer when the atmosphere is unstable. But why doesn’t hail form due to cold weather like snow does? The latest episode of "Cool Met Stuff" introduces the formation process of hail.
