"Cool Met Stuff": Phased Array Weather Radar and Low Altitude Weather

The Observatory has installed a Phased Array Weather Radar at Sha Lo Wan. It has been effective in detecting high impact severe weather in Hong Kong. The latest episode of Cool Met Stuff will introduce the technology and advantages of the Phased Array Weather Radar.

The video is now available on the "MyObservatory" mobile application and the Observatory's website for your viewing (programme is broadcasted in Cantonese).
