"Cool Met Stuff" : Beware of inclement weather when hiking

Besides having proper clothing and equipment, we also need to take note of weather change at all times when we go hiking. In particular, we need to beware of flash floods when we are near streams. The latest episode of "Cool Met Stuff", jointly produced by the Observatory and the Fire Services Department, reviews what we need to pay attention to when we plan our journey, as well as how to react when we encounter inclement weather.
