"Cool Met Stuff" : Which direction does a compass needle point?

Everyone knows what is a compass, but do you know that the compass needle is not pointing to the true north pole, instead it is pointing to the magnetic north pole which is constantly changing. The latest episode of "Cool Met Stuff" will introduce this interesting phenomenon.
