"Cool Met Stuff" : Can an aircraft take off during Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 ?

Air traffic may be tremendously affected whenever a tropical cyclone warning is in force. However, sometimes even if a Signal No. 8 is issued, taking off and landing might still be possible. Two students who joined an internship programme of the Observatory participated in the making of this episode of "Cool Met Stuff" to tell you why.
