"Cool Met Stuff" : Tutorial on History of the Observatory (II)

For more than 130 years, the Observatory had come across some difficult situations of lack of resources. However, colleagues in the Observatory were willing to work under such situations and were able to create infinite possibilities with these limited resources. The new episode of "Cool Met Stuff" will introduce to you the stories.
