Consular Corps visits the Hong Kong Observatory

On 19 November 2025, Protocol Division Government Secretariat arranged a visit to the Observatory for the Consular Corps, including Consul-Generals and Consular Officers from 35 countries and representatives from Officially Recognised Bodies.  The guests were briefed by Director CHAN Pak-wai about the core work and international affairs of the Observatory.  A guided tour to the History Room, Meteorological Garden, Central Forecasting Office and Studio, was also arranged for the guests to understand HKO’s history and end-to-end delivery of weather service.
