Heavy rain associated with a trough of low pressure
(3 June 2008)

The trough of low pressure over south China coast will become more active. Locally, periods of heavy rain and squally thunderstorms are expected to affect Hong Kong overnight and tomorrow (4 June 2008). The Observatory reminds people who have to travel to listen to the radio, watch the TV or visit the Hong Kong Observatorys web site for information on the latest weather situation.
