Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.

The anticyclone aloft over the northern part of the South China Sea brought very hot weather to the south China coast yesterday. Locally, the weather was mainly fine apart from isolated showers. It was very hot in the afternoon with temperatures over parts of the territory rising to about 33 degrees. The trough of low pressure now affecting central China is expected to move southwards today and tomorrow, bringing showers and thunderstorms to southern China.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong (Saturday, 30 May 2015)

Mainly cloudy with a few showers. The minimum temperature will be about 29 degrees. Hot with sunny intervals during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 32 degrees. Moderate south to southwesterly winds.

Outlook : Showers on Sunday. Hot in the following couple of days and showers will ease off gradually.
