9-Day Weather Forecast General Situation: The northeast monsoon will affect southern China in the next few days. A broad band of clouds will cover the coast of Guangdong and the northern part of the South China Sea gradually in the next couple of days. There will be a few rain patches over the region. With the band of clouds thinning out, the weather will improve over the coastal areas during the weekend and it will be warm during the day. Replenishments of the northeast monsoon are expected to affect Guangdong early to midweek next week. It will be slightly cooler in the morning over the region.
