Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon is affecting the coast of southern China. The weather is mainly fine over the region. At 10 a.m., Super Typhoon Fung-wong was centred about 360 kilometres east of Manila. It is forecast to move west-northwest at about 28 kilometres per hour towards Luzon. Weather forecast for today Mainly fine. Hot and dry during the day. Moderate north to northeasterly winds, fresh offshore at night. Outlook : There will be swells in the next couple of days. Hot and dry during the day tomorrow. Slightly cooler and windy on Tuesday and Wednesday.
