Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. The northeast monsoon is affecting southern China. Locally, under clear sky and relatively weak winds, radiation cooling was more significant overnight, temperatures over parts of the New Territories fell to around 14 degrees. Weather forecast for today Mainly fine. Dry during the day. The maximum temperature will be around 25 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees higher in the New Territories. Moderate northeasterly winds. Outlook : Persistently fine and dry this week, with a rather large temperature difference between day and night. Warm during the day tomorrow. Cool in the morning and at night midweek this week.
