Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. A fresh to strong northeast monsoon is affecting the coast of Guangdong. Besides, a band of clouds is covering Guangdong. Weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow Mainly cloudy and dry. The minimum temperature tomorrow morning will be about 13 degrees in the urban areas, and a couple of degrees lower in the New Territories, where it will be cold generally. Sunny intervals during the day with a maximum temperature of around 17 degrees. Moderate to fresh north to northeasterly winds, strong offshore and on high ground at first. Outlook : Fine over the weekend to early next week, but still cool in the morning. The temperature difference between day and night will be rather large over inland areas. Temperature will rise slightly midweek next week.
