  • Thursday, 5th July 2018

The Observatory, in collaboration with Tsim Sha Tsui District Kai Fong Welfare Association, has installed a "Weather Information Display Panel" at the entrance of the Observatory in Nathan Road, providing real-time weather information for the public in the vicinity. Besides real-time temperature and humidity information in Tsim Sha Tsui, local weather forecast, 9-day weather forecast and weather warnings are also displayed on the panel.

The display panel is installed at a prime location in Tsim Sha Tsui, one of the busiest districts and shopping hot spots with tens of thousands of people travelling around daily. The public and tourists passing by can be conveniently updated with the latest weather information shown on the display panel to facilitate their travel planning.
