Introduction:
The HKO e-Bulletin on Educational Resources is published on-line every three months. It covers in layman terms various interesting topics related to weather phenomena and popular science, as well as developments in new science and technology related to the Observatory's service. We welcome your views and suggestions.
The content of this issue is greatly enhanced, covering weather and natural science. For example, the "Director's Blog" containing many articles full of insights and outstanding opinions is added. The "Observatory's YouTube video collection" gathering a lot of videos is also added, which introduces weekly weather of Hong Kong, the Observatory's services and weather phenomenon. The content of this issue is very rich. We hope you enjoy reading the articles in this bulletin.
