Food/Water Contamination Monitoring Systems

A total of 25 sets of Food/Water Contamination Monitoring Systems are operated by Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD), Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation Department (AFCD) as well as Water Supplies Department (WSD) for radiation measurement of foodstuff samples collected at boundary control points, wholesale and retail markets, as well as drinking water samples collected at reservoirs, inlets and outlets of water treatment works, water catchment areas and consumer taps.
