Cathay Pacific Airways organizes "Inter-section Training" programs frequently for their staff to enhance their specialized knowledge. These programs cover a wide range of topics including Aviation Meteorology. On 31 July, over 20 participants paid a visit to the Airport Meteorological Office after the lecture session to learn more about the provision of aviation weather services by the Hong Kong Observatory.
