     AN EASTERLY AIRSTREAM IS AFFECTING THE SOUTH
     CHINA COASTAL AREAS.
     AT 8 A.M., TROPICAL DEPRESSION SONCA WAS CENTRED
     NEAR 17.3 DEGREES NORTH, 111.4 DEGREES EAST.  IT
     IS FORECAST TO MOVE WEST-NORTHWEST SLOWLY
     TOWARDS THE VICINITY OF HAINAN ISLAND TO BEIBU
     WAN.
